My Child's Rainforest was developed to digitally preserve art images and raise money to support art projects for children with cancer. Together with the S.U.C.C.E.S.S. Optimists club of San Diego, we developed the Art Explorer Project. From these seeds grew My Child's Rainforest.
Today, My Child's Rainforest is branching out to help other Clubs, Organizations and Non-profit groups that work with children. Our goal is simple. Let us help you to build an effective art program for children of any age. The Children's Rainforest Project, along with the San Diego Zoo have developed the Rainforest Art Explorer Program, where families are taught about animals, their habitat and survival skills. Let us show you how eay and fun it is to build an effective art program!
This program will also work for your organization to:
- Archive treasured artwork in a safe place, where it may be accessed at any time for you to download and reporduce.
- Raise money by using your artwork on a variety of wonderful creative gifts, from greeting cards and holiday cards to coffee mugs, mouse pads and gift boxes. These are intimate and truly personal creations that will be treasured while inspiring deep appreciation from those who receive them.
- Build awareness of your organization and its objectives. Your mission and goals will be promoted along with graphics and illustrations. Add depth and variety to your website by linking with My Child's Rainforest.
- 20% of the profit from every item sold will be donated back to your organization.
